Due to the nature of our work, we have been deemed an essential business and therefore continue to provide exceptional service with minimal disruption. Relectronic is taking steps to ensure the health and safety of our customers and employees. As the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) pandemic continues to evolve, we will be monitoring the situation and adjusting our policies and procedures as per the government’s recommendations. Currently, we have reviewed and enhanced our policies and procedures in an effort to reduce further spreading of the virus and to ensure that we’ll be available to provide the service you have come to expect from Relectronic-Remech Inc. COVID-19 Response
We are encouraging our employees suffering symptoms that may be consistent with COVID-19 to stay home. Employees in the work place have been instructed to wash hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, use hand sanitizer, avoid touching eyes, nose, mouth with unwashed hands, avoid contact with anyone who is sick, cover the nose and mouth when coughing or sneezing.
Enhanced cleaning procedures are in place, staff is increasing the frequency of cleaning with disinfectant in all common area high contact points, such as shop tables, counter tops, door handles, computers, keyboards, mice, vehicles etc. Relectronic has implemented a call screening process with our customers to assess risk prior to visiting a jobsite.
When at a jobsite, our staff will be mindful of social distancing for the safety of our customers and staff. They will be wearing gloves and masks to help prevent the spread of germs. We will continue to ensure that equipment and appliances are thoroughly inspected and cleaned as per our normal Relectronic procedures.
As this is a rapidly changing situation, we will continue to monitor the evolving situation and will communicate additional procedures in the future.
