Business Development Representative
MONTREAL OFFICE
Since 1992, we have been providing the Canadian Insurance industry with exemplary, cost-effective recovery services. With new offices in Montréal, as a vendor to the claims industry, we are seeking an enthusiastic, energetic, Business Development Representative.
Responsibilities
- Present, promote our firm using a consultative approach to existing and prospective clients
- Arrange meetings with prospective clients, deliver sales presentations, facilitate executive briefings
- Collaborate and assist in the development of new marketing and promotional material/brochures Maintain and expand existing CRM database
- Use social media to market our brand/services and represent the company at trade shows
- Provide account activity reporting to Sales Manager and maintain CRM database
Skills & Knowledge
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, bilingual, both written and verbal
- Professional, Disciplined and Self-Directed – a good listener
- Energetic with the ability to work cooperatively and effectively, especially C-suite
- Proven track record increasing market share of your previous employer
Education & Experience
- College diploma
- Minimum 3 years in sales and Insurance industry experience an asset
- Experience in social media, marketing and/or advertising an asset
Compensation
- Base salary commensurate with experience
- Vehicle or vehicle allowance + Benefit plan after 6 months + RRSP plan after 1 year
Additional requirements
- Valid driver’s licence with clean driver abstract and submit a criminal records check
