Greg Gummerson

Greg Gummerson joined RELECTRONIC-REMECH INC. in February of 1992 and has 25 years of experience as an electronic engineering technologist. He earned his diploma in Electronics Engineering Technology at Sheridan College and continued his learning in a circuit-board manufacturing quality-control role at IBM, and by performing non-destructive testing and computer maintenance with ArcelorMittal/Dofasco. Greg also provided field services to MAI mainframe and Motorola UNIX based platforms prior to joining RELECTRONIC-REMECH INC.

As a Senior Technical Consultant, Greg has experience in losses involving software, computer systems, servers, telecommunications, medical equipment, and automated farming and control systems. More recently, he has been handling ransomware and malware claims; being tasked with finding out how the viruses entered the system and finding a solution to ensure that it doesn’t reoccur.

As a large loss consultant, Greg assists adjusters, claims departments, risk managers and contractors on extensive losses. Greg’s 20+ years of extensive experience and expertise of consulting on large losses throughout Ontario for RELECTRONIC-REMECH INC., has won him much support from many key accounts in the industry.
