Paul Norris-Lue has 32 years of experience as an electronic and mechanical engineering technologist. He earned his diploma in Control Systems Engineering Technology at Fanshaw College, and continues his learning experience with automation and mechanical courses to augment his skill set. Paul joined RELECTRONIC-REMECH INC. 2002 and is now a Senior Technical Consultant focusing on larger and complex losses.

Previous to joining RELECTRONIC-REMECH INC., Paul was employed by a multi-trades organization that provides service, new installations, engineering and consulting services on all electrical systems, electronics, and motors, including 1-3000 HP, green energy solutions, predictive maintenance, transformers, HVAC, electrical substations and switchgear, as well as information technology.  Before that, and recognizing his extensive installation knowledge through sheer installed base, Paul was employed by a national electric supply company as a Drives and Motion specialist liaison, and promoted servo control systems. Paul’s extensive experience also includes five years with the largest tire manufacturer in the world. At this international firm, he implemented hundreds of electrical and automation changes, significantly aiding in increasing the uptime and overall efficiency of the Kitchener facility from 11,000 to 24,000 tires per day. Paul’s entry into the technical work force began with Rockwell Automation as a drive and motion specialist, travelling throughout Canada. His position for five years as a field service engineer was spent installing and servicing Robots, C.N.C.’s and Drives.
